Breann found & released tense spots I didn’t even know I had! I received a 90m Thai-style sports massage at her office above Red Rock Bakery today. She did an assessment of my needs, & provided an well-tailored flow. She was wonderful about checking in on my comfort levels throughout, & was very responsive. Afterwards, I felt very relaxed, calm, & at ease. My muscles got exactly what they needed. Lovely massage, thank you, Breann!

Yoga and a massage was just what I needed! Fantastic session with Breann! Followed with a massage by Breann as well. I highly recommend if you have time to book both, a yoga session and massage with her. You won’t be disappointed. She target exactly what I needed for yoga. And was seriously one of the best massages I’ve had!!
