When my body has aches and pains from being unbalanced (especially after long trips from carrying bags) I go to Centerline Bodyworks to work out those twists and knots. The deep tissue fascia work makes me feel better and realigned days later and relaxes and reduces stress.

Amazing massage therapist with a high level of knowledge and intuition about how and where to manipulate, massage and stretch my body. She has definitely helped me when I have come in with back and neck pain- I’ve left feeling much better. Well worth the time and money invested!
