The experience begins with a Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna, followed by a personalized blend of massage, Manual Lymph Drainage, fascia release, LED light therapy, and Polarity Energy Balancing. These techniques work together to promote deep relaxation, lymphatic drainage, pain relief, and detoxification. Rebecca, a highly experienced therapist with over 40 years of practice, specializes in pre and post-operative care, particularly for breast cancer surgery, mastectomy, plastic and reconstructive surgery, and sports injuries. Clients report feeling refreshed, centered, and experiencing improved sleep quality after their treatments.

I came to Rebecca on the tail end of a upper respiratory virus ~ the combination between sauna/lights & direct lymphatic massage was exactly what I needed to clear any remaining ick I had in my system.

I left feeling totally centered in my heart and body leaving her space. And brand new the next day!

Rebecca's custom living energy reset experience was amazing. I am so glad I did the three-hour "reset" treatment. She put together a research based, customized treatment for me that included dry brushing, infrared sauna, power plate work, LED light therapy, massage and lymphatic drainage. I feel great, sleep like a baby and am now a regular client.
