About Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
Roto-Rooter is a trusted plumbing company serving Midvale, UT since 1935. Jake and Chad did an excellent job with the floor drain. They were very personable and professional. The work is guaranteed for six months. Jake spent quite a long time helping and was determined to find and solve the problem before leaving. He took care of everything, and the service was amazing. Jake was kind, efficient, and easy to work with. The quality of service received on a Friday night was totally professional, and they were quick to get the main sewer line cleaned out and scoped. The last one to leave, just minutes before midnight, even helped with reinstalling the toilet. The quick response time after hours was great, and it was not as much as expected. Needed a new hot water tank, and Jake was able to get it fixed up, financed, and ready to go quickly. He was super knowledgeable and patient with questions. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter for plumbing issues and water needs.
Matthew was great, super friendly and helpful
These guys have been the best team we possibly could have engaged with. Jake had come to our house within the hour and helped us with our issues immediately and made the process all the better.
Jack came to the house right away helped us with the flooding issue and then found another issue with the toilet and fixed it. He was super nice and communicated with us about the issues perfectly.
