The work is guaranteed for six months. Jake spent quite a long time helping and was determined to find and solve the problem before leaving. He took care of everything, and the service was amazing. Jake was kind, efficient, and easy to work with. The quality of service received on a Friday night was totally professional, and they were quick to get the main sewer line cleaned out and scoped. The last one to leave, just minutes before midnight, even helped with reinstalling the toilet. The quick response time after hours was great, and it was not as much as expected. Needed a new hot water tank, and Jake was able to get it fixed up, financed, and ready to go quickly. He was super knowledgeable and patient with questions.
