Landen is a joy to work with and does high quality work. Our bedroom has beautifully finished lines, and the level 4 finish and detailed painting Landen completed is so smooth. We really appreciated his excellent communication throughout the project. When he first started painting the ceiling, he felt the color wasn’t showing up as we expected and stopped to confirm it was what we really wanted. He was totally right and we picked the ceiling color you see in the pics here instead. At every step of the way, he made sure the work he did would give us the results we were dreaming of! We have already hired him for a second (bigger!) project in our home.
If I could give Powell's Projects a 10 rating, I would. From the beginning to the end, he was very professional...He is very detail oriented and very meticulous. i had him repair cracked plaster in one bathroom and do a complete remodel on a 2nd bathroom. The 2nd bathroom was old and gross and he made it fabulous! I fully trusted him in my home if I had to leave. He was very respectful of my home and cleaned up at the end of every day. I have used other contractors in the past, but no more! This guy is AWESOME!
Landon is a great contractor. We had him change our bathroom and laundry room recently. He was professional and provided his bid. He made sure that our house was not impacted by the demo or the construction of both. He listened to what we wanted and needed, and we ask him for input. He provided choices that were perfect for our needs. He started and finished on time and ensured the cleanup was done beyond our expectations. We are looking forward to him continuing our basement build. I would recommend him for any project you need.
