I would highly recommend Kody to any first time home buyers or anyone looking to purchase a home. He was very informative on every step of the process and has a passion for helping others. It was a pleasure working with him and I will be doing so in the future.

I rarely post a review, but I felt compelled after what a fantastic experience my wife and I had. I have nothing to say, but what a great guy Kody Sheffield is to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure we closed on time, helping maintain a great interest rate, which saved us hundreds of dollars. His knowledge and experience in the industry were instrumental. I would recommend him to anyone needing to finance or refinance a home.

Kody was super helpful for us as we navigated getting into our second home. He helped provide options that were solid and was very fast even though we were what many may call a complicated situation! We will trust him with our next loan!
