Rich Clarke helped us get approved an into our house in 2 and 1/2 weeks from the time we viewed the house for the first time. Not only that but he was able to help us figure out the numbers we needed to buy down our rate and make the numbers work for us as best as possible. I would recommend Rich Clarke to anyone thats serious about buying a home, especially first time home buyers!
