“The staff is so personable and kind and the studio is clean. The technology is advanced - they have an xray camera that they use while you're sitting in the cleaning chair and a screen that the dentist can use to show you your xrays. They even offer a comfort menu- headphones, netflix, a warm towel at the end, etc! My favorite part is the fresh baked cookie you get when you leave :) would recommend this place to anyone!“

“I do not recommend this place. I have been going to Genesis Dental (West Valley City) for over 10 years and have never experienced anything like this. I had a filling scheduled for 11:00 a.m. today, and I received multiple reminders stating that I would be charged if I missed the appointment. I arrived today on time and waited until 11:50 a.m. before the new dentist (he is an Asian), whose name I do not know, came in. He told me, “I don’t have time. You’ll need to reschedule your service.” I was shocked and asked what he meant, and he responded, “You can go somewhere else if you don’t like it.” I did nothing to warrant that response. The only thing he added was, “At least we took your X-ray.” I found his behavior extremely unprofessional and disappointing. After being a patient there for so many years, I did not expect to be treated that way. A very racist guy. My entire family goes there but now we're about to find a new dentist. So unprofessional. If you want your day ruined, then go there!“

“Dr. Gleave and his team are amazing! I have always had the easiest experiences with Dr. Gleave. I recently went to a dentist in Riverton who was extremely rough which caused 6 weeks of healing on a simple extraction (he was in my network) I had never experienced so much pain with an extraction. Saw Dr. Gleave today, he extracted a broken tooth same as the last dentist. I have no pain there is of course some swelling and soreness but overall it was quick easy and painless. The team is super kind and understanding. You don’t feel any judgement going here with less than perfect teeth. Best dentist in town!“
