Lovey's Grooming provides excellent customer service and does a fabulous job on pets' grooming. They are willing to go above and beyond to resolve any issues, even offering no charge for services not meeting expectations. The business is friendly, affordable, and genuinely cares for pets, even asking about them weeks later. The owner is super knowledgeable, happy to help, and shows a personal touch in her interactions.
Just as important to me as the fact that they actually do a fabulous job on how the groom looks (which they always do!) is that their customer service is excellent. On one of our grooms, there was an issue with an accidental cut, and the owner personally contacted me and did everything she possibly could to make it right. We love supporting local companies with fabulous customer service and who do wonderful work, and Lovey's does both!!
They are seriously the best my dog had never been groomed and he did such a fantastic job with my husky I am so in love with this company the employees are fantastic thank you
The staff is the best- and our dogs Harley and Bentley 🐶 love you too! Thanks for always squeezing us in ! You always do such a great job and they always look so cute with their bows and ties on when we pick them up! We always recommend your service.
