From booking the service with Whitney; to having the Owner Shawn call about the technician being delayed; to Ty (the best tech I have ever worked with)... the people who run this company are absolutely incredible. They were fast, thorough, and just hands down the best service I have ever worked with. Shawn is excellent to deal with. I had diagnosed an issue he instantly confirmed that it was likely the cause and let me purchase the part out of his stock van. It’s rare to find a company that doesn’t push for the big sell (replacement, service call, exc). He was great to work with and I really appreciate these guys! When I don’t have any clue how to fix something, I’ll give them a call for sure!
