I have rated this company previously but i like to mention their warranty for parts and labor. Since installation, i have had to call the owner a few times for issues. Each time they arrive within 24 hours and solve the issue without a fuss. They have a great crew with the owner and another crew leader serving as the focal points of communication. Today, i called early morning for an ac not working. The technician came out at noon, diagnosed the capacitor not working. He replaced it in 20 minutes. This type of service is uncommon and should be praised. Awesome group.
The technician was fast, professional, and honest. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and fixed my heater in 30 minutes as an emergency call. He waived the extra charge. Thank you so much.
I had a wonderful experience. I phoned last night, on mother's day, and spoke with the representative. He talked me through the problem and recommended that i turn off the ac for 2 to 3 hours as he suspected a part was freezing as my air filter was overdue to be changed. He was very nice and helpful telling me if this did not work i could call them in the morning and they would work me in that day. His suggestion worked. Problem fixed. I am very grateful. He saved me a lot of money and hassle, gave me good advice and took good care of me. He was clearly knowledgeable. I will be contacting this company in the future for service.
