Greg came to our house today for a second opinion on a bid we had from another service. He is such an honest person and told us that we should still have another year or so with the condition our furnace is in. We discussed pricing and options an his pricing was half of the bid we were given previously. He wouldn't let me pay him for the service call. What a great person!

Chandrick came to our house on a holiday weekend. Our AC unit was not blowing as hard or cold as it should be. Turns out our coils were frozen solid and he couldn’t give a proper diagnosis until it was thawed. Technician advised us what to do to troubleshoot and to give it 24 hours, if problem not resolved then he will come back next day.His advice worked and he didn’t charge us a dime! And, again, this was over a holiday weekend! Thank you so much.
