“This place is a solid 7 out of 10 and here is why, upon entering there is no one in the lobby. I thought they were closed. Then after a couple of minutes someone comes out to greet me.

When I entered the room there was a full sheet available to cover myself which is nice. This place follows the state law in terms of covering which is good. They offered a sheet and a towel for covering. You can cover yourself to your specific needs which is a good thing.

I took off one star because the person massaging me tried to end the appointment early twice on me. I do not like when I don't get the full time that I pay for. I paid for 1 hour and I expect a full hour or at least 55 minutes to allow for time to get prepped in the room. At the end of everything I think they still owe me about 10 minutes of massage time. I received about 45 minutes and it seemed that if I wanted more time I had to pay more. I don't understand or appreciate this kind of thing.

Overall the experience was good, not great and I would return if my regular spot is not available. The person giving the massage was very nice and customized the massage to my liking in terms of pressure and specific areas I wanted worked on. They did some great work on my lower back and shoulders for sure.

This place also ignores their text messages at times as well and it is difficult to make an appointment, they always say they are not busy and won't specify a definite appointment time which is not good for a business of this type. I like appointments and this place apparently just wants you to walk in at a random time, not great at all in terms of that.

I will definitely try this place again if things improve, but right now there are better places in the valley than this place.“
