From my experience I have good luck with this service. My clothes have always been spotless, no damage, and in good hands. Even when I had a situation where customer service wasn't the best the manager stepped up and fixed everything. Honestly I have dealt with a lot of dry cleaners and I do recommend this one. Lastly my daughter has several dresses they are very unique her dad gave her before he passed away. And they absolutely cannot be replaced. I trust Your Valet with them. So that says something right there. That I would leave these irreplaceable dresses with them to be cleaned and taken care of. So I understand this company has a lot of different reviews, yes. They were very nice and did a fine job on my wool coat. It was vintage. Came back smelling good- got rid of that nasty storage smell, and it still fit great. The guy at the counter was nice when I dropped the coat off, and the lady that gave it back was also nice. No problems, and I think most of the reviews on google here are skewed due to them having a bad experience so they went somewhere to complain. I thought id leave a review since I had a good experience. They even got it done a day early.

These under promised and over delivered. Had a wedding for my daughter and we needed my son-in-law’s and my suit cleaned before the wedding and they got it done a day early! Best cleaner in town!
