They provide the needed service but don't care about your items. We've tried them twice now and each time they've thrown something of ours away.
First we took my husbands custom suit there with a very nice solid wood hanger that was made specifically for it. That hanger never made it home which was annoying but not the end of the world.
This time we took one of my dresses there in a protective dress bag and when we picked it up it wasn't anywhere to be seen. Upon asking questions apparently they throw away any bags that are brought in. Even nice protective bags to take care of your items.
We will not be returning and would not recommend
I have tried really hard to like this place but something is always wrong there. I wait for my turn behind many other dissatisfied customers. (Front desk people do the best they can, I compliment them.) My latest problem was getting 1 shirt done, took 8 days and I took it home wet was mid process, because I needed it for a wedding. There always seems to be a machinery or some other processing problem that sets back delivery times.
Someone should start a dry cleaner downtown in Logan that ships out to Ogden processing or the like. Would be faster and more reliable.
These under promised and over delivered. Had a wedding for my daughter and we needed my son-in-law’s and my suit cleaned before the wedding and they got it done a day early! Best cleaner in town!
