What can I say about this funeral home that has not been said by many of the other comments below. I did not even use their services for my own two parents passing. What I did call and ask of them was help putting my parents ashes into several personal jewelry urn items that my sister's wanted. I could not emotionally handle it, and without any problem or fuss they assisted me in doing this incredibly hard task. They were respectful kind prompt and just overall amazing to work with and to help me out. From the start of working with White Pine the experience was exceptional. First contact was with James. His calm demeanor helped me have peace when making plans. When my father passed Briton our funeral director was there every step of the way. He was always available and walked with me through the whole process. My experience with White Pine Funeral Services has been exceptional.They were very helpful every step of the way of taking care of my mother's care and funeral services.They helped me face the loss of my mother just days before Christmas (12/20) and preparing her for her service.They were patient, caring, willing to assist where they could, and helping with arrangements that were made prior to the recent ownership changes.I would recommend them to others who are going through the same.
