Finding a company that does repairs, services your home, is trustworthy and honest has been an ordeal for me since moving to Cache Valley over 4 years ago. Well I found the absolute BEST company that does HVAC work-Western Mechanical! They answered my first call and I didn’t have to leave numerous messages and WAIT for a call back. They were prompt. Best of all they were honest and it didn’t break my bank. They truly all seem to care about their customers from the first phone call to the finalizing of my work. Thank you Western Mechanical for being the best ever.

Western Mechanical has been my favorite refrigeration and HVAC service provider. Their office manager (Heather) is always friendly, polite, and helpful. Their service technicians are also friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. My service technician, Jase, would tell me what he was doing. He would also teach me things that I can do to better maintain my systems. I always feel like I am getting great service at a fair price.

We are so satisfied with our experiences with Western Mechanical. We had our water heater stop working a week before Christmas and we called a different company to come to our home. It was an unpleasant and expensive experience. So when our furnace stopped working a few days later, we called Western Mechanical. Heather took my call, and after explaining what was happening, and my trepidation about interacting with more technicians, she reassured me and let me know that I was in good hands.
