Took a TV in for repair, they told me the TV had a backlight error and I should just throw it away. After a bit of google searching, I was able to reset the TV in the menus and it works fine! Do not trust them to repair your electronics, they do a half assed assessment. Bought a TV from them 2 years ago for $300. For another 100 I could have gotten a brand new TV. The TV has a poor quality image and high latency. Definitely an older model, overpriced for what it was. Would not recommend buying electronics from them. Shop elsewhere.

Horrible service, flakey and unreliable. They were a no show on a equipment pickup appointment. Acted like they didn't know anything about it the next day when I called. Then I called twice a week for three weeks regarding a repair. Each time I'm told "a couple more days". Then at the end of the three weeks, they say they're not sure why the parts have not yet been shipped. This mentality may have worked in the 80's but it's unacceptable in this day and age. They dont return calls as promised. I will never take an item to them again. Big thumbs down.
