Caring and helpful staff. Food was good. Staff helped me in any way they could to give me the comfort and support I needed to heal from surgery and become independent to be successful when I returned home

My sweet mom lived there several months before she passed. What a wonderful caring staff!! They had meetings with my mom and my siblings to understand her needs, what they needed to change or do to be able to give the best course of action to help her and us. When I had to leave her I always felt like she was in the best hands and that she would be cared for in the best possible way. At this point in her life it was hard to see the decline of her body and mind but the staff helped us understand what was happening and how we could help. Me dad just left Sunshine Terrace yesterday. It was impressive to me how each person who interacted with him was truly engaged in his recovery. Even the person who emptied his trash had a kind word and called him by name. The facility is lovely, clean and welcoming and the caregivers are fabulous Thanks to all who helped!
