Studio 170 Salon and Spa - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

I'm very disappointed with this salon's lack of respect for my time and with their poor communication.I had made an appointment at Studio 170 to get a haircut a couple of weeks in advance. The morning of my appointment I got a call an hour before I was supposed to go in saying that my stylist wouldn't be able to make it, and was asked if I could reschedule for the next week. Suprisingly, they had a time that I was avaliable for, so I agreed to reschedule it.The next week came around, and as I was pulling into their parking lot to get to my appointment, I got another phone call. I was very nervous because I am looking for a new place to go in the area and I was booked with Ryan. She was very kind but did not instill a lot of confidence in me that I was going to get the color I was looking for. I asked for her professional opinion but just kept getting told that she'd do whatever I wanted which is great but I wanted to make sure it would look good and I didn't sound crazy. I ended up liking the end result thankfully even though it was not quite what I was looking for. I love studio 170! I buy a lot of Eminence products from them and I use only Eminence products when I do facials at my own business. The front desk girl Brooklyn, she has one of the best positive and sweet personalities and is always been very good to help me, and I think we all need kindness like she has. I highly recommend Studio 170 and Spa!!!
