Northern Utah Eye Center provides excellent care and concern, with knowledgeable and caring professionals led by Dr. Nilson. The staff is friendly and approachable, ensuring patients feel well taken care of. Dr. Nilson is professional, fair, and honest, and the office runs smoothly. Patients, including children, feel comfortable and well-explained to during appointments. The team has always been pleasant and easy to work with. Dr. Freeman has taken great care to address patients' concerns and needs. Patients are treated with respect and kindness, and they appreciate the doctors' explanations about the status of their eyes and possible treatments. The Northern Utah Eye Center offers excellent care.
Great patient service begins at the front desk, Mom (Alicia Valenzuela) and myself were very impressed by the quality of work by this office. Professionalism, knowledge and care were shown at all times by the awesome staff. I highly recommend Northern Utah Eye Center! The team has always been so pleasant and easy to work with. Dr. Freeman has always taken great care to take care of my concerns and needs! If I could, I would give Dr. Rebecca Freeman 10 stars!
I was treated with respect and kindness. I appreciate Dr. Karen’s explanation of the status of my eyes and also the possibility of needing eyelid skin reduction. My only suggestion would be for the person directing the field of vision test to remind me where my eye should focus during the test. Even though I’d done that a number of times it would have been helpful to be reminded. Thanks so much. I feel like I get excellent care at Northern Utah Eye Center.
