I have been going to Bailey at Noir for about nine months, and she is AMAZING! I moved from Draper, UT, and am super particular about my hair. I found her on Instagram because her work looked amazing, and I haven't looked back since!! She is so fairly priced, talented, and an absolute sweetheart. So, time flies as I get my hair done. I highly recommend Bailey!!
For me, hair day is a self care day. The experience has to be relaxing, calm and enjoyable! You will 100% get that experience here! Clean, aesthetic and such a fun experience! Abby is super talented and treated me like a life long friend!
