Working with Kartchner homes was by far the best home building buying experience I have had in my half-century life. They design process was smooth, they kept us informed every step of the way, and their construction superintendent, Hayden, never shied away from tough questions and helped us understand every part of the building process, including complicated HVAC and electrical systems.While the home building/buying process was excellent, no product is flawless. We just moved into our second Kartchner built home and are loving it just as much as our first! Our realtor, Corey, was super helpful and accommodating throughout the process, efficient, and had great communication with us. We appreciate all of the upgrades and extra things that Kartchner thinks to include in their builds. So happy to have found our home and had such an enjoyable process getting into it!

We really enjoyed our experience with Kartchner Homes and have absolutely loved our new home. We can easily say it was the best decision for our family. The layout of the home is so functional yet inviting, our kids have so much space to play, the extended third car garage is a huge plus, and the big yard for our dogs has been awesome. We worked specifically with Corey and Devon and they were extremely thorough, great to communicate with, and made the entire process feel so easy and straight forward. We would, and we have, recommended Kartchner Homes to our friends and family and would definitely do it again.
