This is the first home I have ever built and I did a lot of research in the local area before choosing Kartchner Homes. There were a few issues on the walk through but they were fixed and did not affect closing. I was kept well informed throughout the building process and love my new home! I have recently had some warranty issues (love the 2 year warranty!) and Trevor has been very helpful in addressing these fixes. Trevor represents Kartchner Homes extremely well and is clearly dedicated to great customer service. Whenever I call the office; Kylie is extremely professional and helpful as well.
