Tom does great work and got here within 3 days to fix two taps that froze during the winter. The only complaint I have is that the pricing seems really high. The price to add a valve into ann existing water line and add two frost free taps was about $500. If it wasn’t for expensive repair he’d have 5 stars. Maybe I’m just not versed well in how much plumbers charge but for about 1 hour or less of labor that seems too pricey. I’ll do better next time asking for a quote first.

They quickly identified the problem and had it fixed the very same day. On top of that, the price they charged was exactly what they quoted my wife upfront—no surprises or hidden fees. Tom was professional, efficient, and incredibly reliable. We would highly recommend Holm’s to anyone in need of a skilled and honest plumber!
Tom does excellent work. He installed a secondary sump pump for me and repipedthe combination to run to a better location. All the work is professional and clean. He came when he said he would and abided by the estimate he gave. I’ll call him again the next time I need plumbing work.
