Not recommended. My husband and I have tried calling and emailing over 10 times for help with our taxes after they were submitted (we ended up owing waayyyy more than he calculated) and will not answer emails or phone calls.

This firm has gone down hill as stated before. Ken cost me $14k plus interest for filing my 2021 taxes. A stupid mistake. Did not file as developed. I will not be back. And I will let people know how inept Ken is. No CPA could screw up like him. Is he mentally ill or on drugs? Just wanted to share how unhappy we are.

This place unfortunately has gone downhill from when Cliff was around (rest his soul) - he basically kept this place up and running. I had a situation where for my tax filings they were done incorrectly and we had to face huge penalties. The worst part about how things are being currently run is that they just never get back to you. The staff are lovely, but the owner is incompetent
