After googling pest control services and making appointments with a few other companies in the area then being disappointed I was exhausted, no other company I’d been in contact with so far knew what they were doing, or were so overpriced and just unhelpful. I had the first inspection visit. He spent a lot of time at our property explaining the process of getting rid of mouse problem. Traps have been laid. The possible path of access have been sealed and house sprayed for other bugs. Whether the problem has been eliminated remains to be verified in the next few weeks. I am very happy with the initial inspection service.
Update: After a few visits the mouse infestation is stopped. There is no sign of mouse activity in our house. Thanks for your help Elevate.
The Rep that comes out to our house each time is very attentive and thorough. He is polite and makes sure I understand the process, as well as what to do in the case that we have any bugs entering into our house in between visits. We have lived here for almost a year and haven’t had any problems with bugs! We are very happy with elevate and would recommend them to anyone we know. Thanks!
