They got me in quickly without an appointment, and then were super fast with the manicure! I just got an acrylic fill and new coat, and it was a super reasonable price. I was in and out in under an hour. I will be returning!

I scheduled my appointment with my usual nail tech. I verified that she would be available at the time I requested. I waited 20 minutes to be seen and was given a completely different nail tech. My tech today was especially aggressive when clearing off the polish. He burned each finger, multiple times. When curing the polish, the lamp was set at a higher temperature and burned me again. I had to keep taking my hand out because it was so hot! I know much of this is my fault and I should have said something or rescheduled. I have seen many people use this tech so I figured he was pretty good. I learned my lesson.
I hate to write this as I used to love cuticles and have been going for the same gel, French tip pedicure for years.
However, the quality of service has gone severely downhill over my last 3+ appointments. I am consistently cut with the tools and the paint job has been poor through all of my recent appointments. I tried to see it as a one-off issue but the last 3 times have been hard.
