Calista worked on my thyroid and adrenals. The next 2 weeks I had so much energy I cleaned and reorganized two freezer of food , my pantry and my bedroom. I woke up ready for the day not rolling over going back to sleep when the alarm started ringing. Thanks ?

I was in town visiting over spring break to do some snow skiing and got a bit sore. Called late on a Friday afternoon and Calista fit me into her Saturday morning and what a great experience. I get massages a few times a year and this was definitely one of my best experiences. She also took the time to teach me how to relieve some of my pain myself or with a partner. I’m only visiting but if I ever come this way again I will stop by to get a massage from Calista.

If you are looking for more than a surface massage Calista is the MT to go to. She helped me with tension in my jaw and psoas, which helped a lot with the hip and neck pain I was dealing with.
