If I could give them more stars I would. Not only did Justin come out late at night to help us when our gas furnace went out, but he noticed a disturbance in the flames after he had fixed it and discovered it was leaking Co2. He worked with our lack of financing for a new furnace and went above and beyond to find one that was the correct fit for our home within our price range. When his team Mario and Jason came to install it the three of them were so kind, all of them explained things very clearly for us, and did everything in their ability to make sure we had heat and were safe. Prompt professional service. Alpha mechanical responded quickly, arrived on time and were able to diagnose the challenge with our furnace quickly and accurately. These guys know what they are doing and treat you right.
Justin surely knows what he's doing and you can tell he enjoys it. He's friendly, kind and helpful. The HVAC system in my building is ancient and he knew exactly what needed to be done and got our heat running in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend him!
