Had Advanced Heating & Air perform an annual inspection of our HVAC system this week. The Tech that came out was very professional. He inspected the Air Conditioning compressor and Fan for efficiency, power consumption and cleanliness. All was performing well. He then proceeded to the Air Handler inside the house. Inspected the fan, filter, and heating unit. He also gave me hints of what to look for if the system ever had any problems. The unit is performing very well. The best part, he did not try to up sell anything, and only charged the amount quoted to me at the time of scheduling. I will use Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning again.... read full review

What a fantastic company the technician arrived when scheduled provided several options to get my system working properly. I felt he was extremely honest and professional would recommend this company to everyone.

Work completed very rapidly and informed as to what is to come in the future due to small Freon leak. My Freon is no longer available so unit will need to be replaced when no longer working. Thank
