I have used RAM Builders to do several stucco repairs for me over the last ten years as the result of poor construction of my home that was built in 2001. They have done a tremendous job at repairing what should have been done with my stucco when the home was original built. They are reasonably priced and have been great to work with.
I needed my stucco repaired due to some water damage. I was referred by word-of-mouth and I'm sure glad I chose RAM Builders. River provided the initial estimate and thoroughly explained the cause of my water damage and the technical details of the repair. The estimate included a very detailed set of photos, diagrams and explanations to help me understand the scope of the repair, while giving me confidence in the project. The construction team did a fantastic job, and the repaired part of my house looks like new, with a seamless blend with the untouched areas. Our new home had a major leak in the stucco by the chimney, and we were struggling to even know what was wrong let alone find someone who would take on the project. Enter RAM builders from Lindon. They assessed the problem and put it quickly on their schedule. They were professional in every way from assessment of damage to completion of project. We were very very pleased and highly recommend them with confidence. In the photos, you can see three of my chimneys. They look fabulous. Just in time for rain and snow.
