My experience with the office was positive. Dr. Rose and his staff were professional, kind, and attentive, and I felt well cared for throughout the process of my surgical experience.
Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with my final results.
From the beginning, I expressed concerns that one of my breasts looked flat on one side. At every follow-up appointment, I was reassured it would settle over time if I continued following my post-op instructions. I did everything exactly as directed, including taping while on vacation, but six months later, nothing has changed. I went back in to Dr Rose because it was still flat on the left side and was recently told the only way to correct it is with another surgery, a breast lift. I was told someone would contact me with pricing, but I still haven't received that information.
This was my second breast augmentation, and Dr. Rose assured me he could improve on my previous results. After investing a substantial amount of money in my new implants, I honestly preferred how my breasts looked before this surgery. It's incredibly disappointing to now be facing another surgery and additional costs to fix a concern I brought up from the very beginning.
I do appreciate the care I received from Dr. Rose and his staff, but I'm ultimately disappointed with my outcome of my surgery and the proposed solution which is now at my cost.“

“So grateful to have been able to work with Dr. Russon! I got filler for the first time at another spa because a friend said doing her tear troughs was a game changer for her. I was feeling older and thought what the heck. It turned out to be such a nightmare, instant regret. One of my cheeks was higher and larger than the other after. The injector charged me more to “fix it” but only made it worse. I was feeling devastated to have my face change as it had and to be unbalanced. Dr. Russon has a wonderful eye and is very skilled. “My brother is a plastic surgeon & got a recommendation for Dr. Bishop from a former coworker that worked with him CA - He said he is a great surgeon & great guy and I saw both of this. I had 2 other consults for a tummy tuck & hernia repair and I really loved Dr. Bishop's personality the most, very friendly & personable. He made me feel comfortable with what I wanted done. The other surgeons had their own ideas what to do but Dr. Bishop listened to me and what I wanted & made it possible. He is also a lot more affordable and only had a month wait as opposed to other plastic surgeons who are years out & are very costly. I am almost 3 months post-op and I am very happy with my results. I would recommend Dr. Bishop to anyone.“

“Dr. Engen himself is fantastic, I got a procedure done with him a few years back and I still am loving the results. He is very invested in making sure patients genuinely like the results so we can feel our best. I gave 4 stars ONLY because one of his receptionists is always so rude. I don't look forward to when I have to call to make appointments, or when I have to go and check in for my appointment at the counter with her....she will cut you off mid sentence and roll her eyes at you. When I arrived for my appointment today, not even a hi how are you, right away she asked for the $50 consult fee, she then gives me an attitude and walks off to "discuss it with the doctor" when i told her that she should've told me beforehand about the fee on the phone when i called to make the appointment. Honestly it's not a huge deal, but it puts you in a bad mood before the appointment even starts.“
