“Michelle was phenomenal. It was my first time getting injections and she made sure I understood exactly how they work and all of my options available. She also made sure I got the best deal possible on my units. She was extremely quick and efficient which was super helpful to me because I’m very afraid of needles. Renee was also very helpful! She was kind and seemed just as excited as I was about my injections. She let me know she would be following up with me in two weeks and wanted to make sure I’m genuinely happy about my results. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! My consultation, injections, and checkout took only 30 minutes! Looking forward to going back!”

“Updated! Autumn at the front desk was an actual **delight**

I was trying to figure out how long it would take for me to bank an additional service I wanted (as a member), and she pointed out how a current offer would help me get it much sooner. She did all the math with me, made everything easy by sending me links to sign up and claim the offer, and got my service booked- all in less than 5 mimutes. Bonus- after my member discount, I willl still l have quite a bit banked because of the offer she pointed out. Cannot say enough about how valuable she is to the clients of Snatched (and obviously Snatched itself 😉). This offer was too good to pass up, and I wouldn't have otherwise known if it wasn't for Autumn.

Original review:
Love, love, love Jillian's precision and attention to detail. I trust no one else with my lips. She knows exactly what I'm trying to achieve and makes me feel respected in my preferences.”
