Great customer service and quality of products. They helped me replace a floor from a water leak and helped navigate through the insurance claim! I would highly recommend Design West Flooring!
Brent from Design West was amazing! He helped us with our remodel a few years ago. We loved the results. His attention to detail and meeting a promised date when the project would be done was so appreciated. We love our floors, fully remodeled kitchen with beautiful countertops, appliances, tile backsplash, farm sink and our French doors that add light and easy access to our backyard deck. The painting and the painting of our staircase came out just as we had hoped for. I work as a contractor and can't express how much I appreciate these guys—specifically Jaxson.
After having a few clients come into their store and express interest in some flooring that was a bit out of their budget, Design West worked with us to ensure we got some good flooring which would work in our budget.
Because of their great lengths to help us out, it's easy to give them a 5 star review.
