I called them to have a leaky faucet fixed and the receptionist was really rude. She wasn't accommodating and couldn't answer my questions about price and availability. Seemed shady so I'm glad I went with another company!

Vindictive Service Man. We got a quote on the phone and he came out today. Then, after looking over the problem and then pulling his equipment downstairs, the price suddenly changed. Not a big deal, just jumping up from $125 to $420 before doing more than flushing the toilet. I get how service guys work. We turned him down and he went back into the bathroom to clean up. As I was leaving the house, I checked to make sure the water was off in case of flooding. The hose on the toilet appeared to be connected. When I turned the nozzle, the hose burst off, spraying me and the bathroom with water. That part was purposefully made to look connected. Before he even quoted the... read full review
