My very first experience with Align Therapy was about a decade ago when I first went with upper and lower back pain. I loved going to much I was joking that I wanted to work there. The atmosphere and the staff’s friendliness was incredible. Everyone was so knowledgeable and took their time to help my condition. Since then I had gone back from time to time and this is the only place I bring my kids to whenever we need a good PT! Absolutely the best place!

My daughter had been experiencing back pain for some time now and it wasn’t until recently that we found out it was because her spine was not straight! She has a small curve of scoliosis. I have a friend whose daughter had been dealing with scoliosis too, and she highly recommended Align Therapy. I had been dealing with consistent lower back pain for about 8 months due to working in awkward positions while welding. It was something I felt every single day and it just wouldn’t go away.
I went to Align Therapy in Lehi and worked with David, who recommended a series of shockwave therapy sessions (once a week for 5 weeks). The results were incredible, my back pain is completely gone now!
He also showed me stretches to help prevent the issue from coming back, which I really appreciated.
