I’ve taken my pet to this clinic for 8 years and they have done a great job taking care of all of our needs. Most importantly, Dr Karen Helfrich was incredible with the end of life care. She was patient, informative, compassionate and did everything to make euthanasia go smoothly. It’s such a challenging time, so glad we had her by our side.

We would highly recommend them! They are all very friendly and caring. Our fur baby has always had the very best care. Love how the Dr's and Techs are willing to take the time to explain procedures and listen to any concerns we may have.

I’m so grateful for Traverse Mountain Pet Care and the kindness they’ve shown my cat, Lucienne.
Lucienne has had ongoing allergy issues since she was only a few months old, and it has been such a stressful journey trying to figure out what helps her feel better. The team at Traverse Mountain Pet Care has been patient, compassionate, and attentive with both of us. They’ve listened to my concerns, taken her symptoms seriously, and helped me think through different options instead of making me feel dismissed or rushed.
