The staff, including the front desk attendant, is described as very attentive, kind, and highly professional. The clinic's team, including physiotherapist "Cod" and assistant Alisson, are committed to providing excellent care. Another patient brought their 5-year-old son for treatment of anxiety, which was causing trouble attending school and activities. After a 6-week course, they saw incredible results — the child became calmer, more confident, and was able to attend school and activities much better. The staff was very patient and accommodating with the child, and Dr. Oliver was described as wonderful to work with. In summary, The Neuro Clinic provides exceptional service, expertise, and a healing environment, making a significant difference in patients' lives. In 2020, our daughter contracted Covid/Mono at the same time. For the next few years, we went to specialist after specialist who couldn’t give us answers. In 2023, she was officially diagnosed with POTS, post-Covid syndrome, EDS, neuropathy, and more. She had to stop attending school, was bedbound 20 hours a day, and by December of 2024 was using a wheelchair nearly full time. Our daughter was fading before our eyes and we were losing hope. I have my life back! I've always wanted to say that. I walked into the office with tremors, constant pain, severe brain fog, and muscle weakness that left me wheelchair bound for months at a time. I walked out pain free, walking normal, able to exercise, tremors gone, and ability to think clearly. I've been searching for answers for over 10 yrs. Dr. Oliver was quickly able to provide concrete evidence before I started treatments and show evidence along the way. He listened carefully to what I said and gave helpful feedback. I am so grateful for the Neuro Clinic. I first came to them a couple years ago while I was dealing with a new diagnosis. Dr. Oliver and his amazing staff really helped me during this very difficult time. I have recently returned to get help with anxiety and depression. The treatments in the clinic are a great alternative/addition to more well known therapies and treatments. Highly recommend the Neuro Clinic
