The doctor Jones’s was great and she was not in a hurry while visiting. She made me questions and she was very kind with my necessity and issues. Usually I don’t like to see doctors but this time I really felt comfortable.

I saw Steve today. His bedside manner is great. He was so easy to talk to, took the time to go over labs with me, answered all of my questions, and explained things thoroughly. The office staff was also very friendly. I will be seeing Steve as my PCP from now on.

I have been taking a prescribed anxiety medication, Venlefaxine, for around 6 years. This medication is highly addictive and hard to get off of. Your body will go through terrible withdrawal symptoms if a pill is missed. If the initial doctor would have explained that it was addictive, I would never have started the medication. I also believe it was causing additional extreme anxiety instead of treating it. Shauna Chriss put together a detailed plan to taper off the medication and I was able to fully discontinue the med with zero withdrawal symptoms. I was shocked! The Alpine Clinic was founded in 1998 by Dr. Dianne Farley-Jones for the purpose of encouraging healthy living and illness prevention while providing necessary medical care. This is accomplished through teaching and practicing medicine based on supporting the body’s normal physiological function rather than using drugs to suppress symptoms. At the Alpine clinic we treat the whole person by evaluating each patient to assess the pattern of contributing factors in his or her health problems. We make recommendations for lifestyle changes and other therapies.
