I have had lower back problems for many years. A friend of mine a couple of months ago recommended that I see Jim. I’m so glad that I did. I have seen him several times over the last few months and he has greatly reduced my pain. He has also taught me how to take better care of my back and body. He has helped tremendously! I went to Jim with a bulging disc and he gave me immediate relief. More importantly, he gave me resources, exercises, and a lumbar support so I can correct the issues going forward that lead me to my problem.

Spine PT is a fantastic place, from the scheduling to how caring the therapists are there. My phys therapist took time to explain the root of the problem, and listened to all my questions with patience. They helped so much with getting me back on track and showing me what I can do at home as well. 5 Stars!!
