When a disaster hits - in my case my entire house was flooded - a person can quickly shift into their worst self. Feelings are close to the surface, rational thinking becomes limited, and urgency becomes pronounced. What is needed is someone who has answers, sets realistic and proper expectations, as well as experience. This was my first time working through a catastrophic disaster, but Robbie and his crew from ServiceMaster exceeded all of my expectations! Hayden, one of the crew chiefs, was incredible with his service. He treated our home as if it were his own, he was thorough, he has a wonderful consultative approach, and he took tremendous pride in doing exceptional work. I would recommend him to anyone.
