“I took my dog here for a grooming and the staff seemed super sweet with him, which was great because he always tends to display signs of anxiety when he's realizes I'm leaving him with a groomer. They gave me a little report card of how he behaved for each service and I think that helps settle any nerves that the dog owner may have. They initially told me that the grooming service would be $57 and at checkout it ended up being $87. I saw that I was charged for a nail grinding and they asked me if I wanted it and I said sure. I do wish that they would have disclosed that it was an extra $30 for that because I typically trim his nails anyway and I assumed it was part of the package that I already purchased.“

“I accidentally added too much time when using the dog wash, I reached out to support and they were very kind and offered me either money back or two free washes! I will continue to use the car wash/free vacuums and dog wash, thanks!“
