Every time I go to the Saratoga location the lot is clean, the machines work well and staff on-site is always very friendly. I appreciate that every wash type is available (self-serve bay, auto brush, auto touch less). I also think the monthly membership is reasonably priced. The app is easy to use, add/remove cars on your account, and change subscription level. Those complaining about the auto wash not getting “everything”, no car wash does. Use some elbow grease in the bay first, then move to the auto brush as needed.

My apologies, you were right, the $15 is just a preauthorization. I ended up with only about $4 charge BUT I still say $12 for a basic touchless is outrageous (my old place in PG was $4 for the cheap one, $7 for a little better one plus it had the blowers). And my husband's wash didn't clean his car at all.

The pet wash is such a wonderful alternative to trying to bathe our beast of a dog at home! It was realllly hot in that little booth, but propping the door open helped that. 10/10 recommend!!
