After purchasing a monthly subscription, not getting my code to use the subscription, and purchasing a one time use car wash with Thunder Wash because I was impatient and didn’t want to wait to get my code, I contacted the provided number to get my code to use my monthly subscription. Moments after calling the number, I received a text telling me my code, and a day later got credited $9 into my account for using the car wash when I had a monthly subscription. Customer service is phenomenal and of the few time that I have called to get questions answered, I’ve had fantastic experiences. We subscribe to a monthly wash plan. This is definitely the best place for us since they allow 3 vehicles per family account. This is what makes this place's monthly plan better than if you go to one of the bigger wash places. Thats the reason we go here. The automatic washes are decent. The biggest disappointment of this place is the drying towels. They advertise they have drying towels to dry your car but they very rarely do a good job of keeping the fresh ones stocked. I’ve been here probably 50 times now and I’ve only ever had clean towels to dry the car off twice. They really got to do better at this. We subscribe to a monthly plan, and my husband drives for Uber so it’s important we have a clean car. Needless to say, he’s here at least twice a week. Twice in the last week, the soft touch wash has stopped mid wash, making it so he had to back out and use another one of our monthly credits in the same day in the touchless wash to get the car cleaned as it was now covered in soap. I emailed and had a response within an hour and credits added back to our account.Things break down, and it’s expected with anything that gets as much use as a public car wash, but it’s the customer service that will keep us as customers for life! Thank you for all you do!!
