Perks Construction (Mike) was great throughout the entire project, very honest and straightforward with time frames and expectations. The crew did amazing work and even finished under budget. Mike is an outstanding guy with a professional crew, and they made the project fun with real good ideas. He came recommended, gave excellent advice on a kitchen remodel, coordinated demolition and rebuilding, and made sure everything was done to satisfaction. Highly recommended for any remodeling needs.

I can't say enough about how great a contractor Mike is. He came recommended to us, came out to our house and gave us excellent advice on how to get the best kitchen remodel we wanted. He coordinated all aspects of the demolition of our existing kitchen and flooring, worked on rebuilding from the sub-floor up. He had electricians and a plumber, and he himself did the painting, put on new baseboards, and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend him and Perks Construction for any of your remodeling needs.
