I go here for the chiro adjustment, red light therapy, and Cryotherapy. You have to try all three to get the full experience. I mean the combination of being adjusted by Dr. Ward, the red light, finished by the Cryotherapy is Genius! No matter how bad I’m feeling, I am always leaving this place feeling new, re-energized, and pain free.
Staff there is friendly and helpful. Dr. Ward is very knowledgeable and will walk you through the process and help you understand everything in a simple manner. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I have chiropractors closer to where I reside but make the extra commute to this place because it really does separate theirselves among their competition.“

“So grateful to have been able to work with Dr. Russon! I got filler for the first time at another spa because a friend said doing her tear troughs was a game changer for her. I was feeling older and thought what the heck. It turned out to be such a nightmare, instant regret. One of my cheeks was higher and larger than the other after.
