The initial installation was excellent, we were a little confused about the order and time table of the next steps and customer support wasn't very helpful. After a year of data i decided to add three more panels. It took so long between the order and the installation that i thought they had forgotten about it. I didn’t know the rep i was working with left the company and i only had an email address for her. The system itself is great and I am pleased with my investment.

They were so kind and helped us every step of the way, all though the process was more then 2 steps it sure was an easy one due to the continue check ups and being able to have constant evaluation on what was happening each time.
