Have a system that was installed by Tephra. And when it works it’s fine. But in a years time we have had 3 micro inverters go bad. The first two times they were fine to come out and replace it under warranty after painful communication, 3 months later another inverter goes out and they say they have to start charging $200 as a truck fee to replace a faulty micro inverter. They then told me they were in contact with ApSystems to fix my issue remotely, after months and months of back and forth via text they told me it was fixed and they’d keep an eye on it. 2 weeks later the same inverter stops working again and now I cannot get any type of communication out of them....read full review

Nathen was great to work with. He was very professional. Spent an appropriate amount of time surveying my roof noting damage and taking pictures. He explained all photos and why they were important Highly recommend working with him.

Nate was excellent. He was respectful, knowledgeable about the process and respect our property. He did a very thorough inspection, took photos, found the right damage, walked us through the claims process and got everything squared away in no time. Even took my Christmas lights down while he was up there! 🤣
