I was reading the review posted by Andrea Tallerico from a week ago and I have had the same experience. We had a system installed 15 months ago for $36,000 - we explained that we had just purchased the house; it was vacant for a year prior to our purchase and prior to that was occupied by one elderly man. We were told they are still able to accurately calculate the needed panels for us. After the system was installed we had two month that our bill was as promised then over the past summer just like Andrea we got $300-$400 electric bills. Incredibly pushy sales staff that unbelievably arrogant. When going door-to-door and being told no several times I asked them to leave to which she proceeded to laugh, so I close the door on him.

Malachi is a horrible representative for your company and should not be training staff.

In the future, when you approach people’s homes, uninvited, an ounce of respect and decorum would be greatly appreciated.

If their sales staff is any indicator of how this company does business, you should avoid them at all costs.

I have had nothing but issues with the system. I received a very short reprieve from the power bill last spring but all summer long my power bill was 3-400 dollars on top of the 300 I am paying for the system so it is not offsetting at all. The gateway went out last June and NEP was very good about getting us another however Tephra could not be reached by either myself nor NEP. We don't show any power output and to be honest if there is it is minimal as we turned our entire hvac off over winter and we still did not get below 100 a month.
