Scotty seemed like a great PT and definitely knows his stuff, and the other physical therapists weren’t bad either. I went for a little over a month, but I didn’t see much improvement—though to be fair, it was kind of a weird injury, so I’m not sure if any PT would’ve been able to help.

The most frustrating part was the billing. I didn’t know there was going to be a co-pay (partly on me, but usually they tell you), and I probably wouldn’t have gone as often if I had known. I tried calling multiple times to pay it, but they never answered or called me back. I also tried to pay online and that didn’t work either. Eventually I went in person, and they told me I had to call a number that wasn’t even listed on the paperwork. Just super frustrating service on that end, and that’s really the main reason for the negative review.

The facility is clean:We attend this location, a few times. We would like to communicate to the management of this facility. The receptionist was not pleasant to speak with at all.She is elderly around her 40's or 50's, located in the physical therapy department. Our encounters with her were unpleasant specially short and cold demeanor, we felt discriminated by our color of skin, for our experience.A patient infront of us (white) she was treated with etiquette and extremely friendliness. Though when it came to us not even a hello or How's your day going?Just handed over the tablet to fill out. She had a dull face as if we weren't there also unable to make eye contact.Although when it came toa person of her own skin(white) she asked how they are, interacted with them very friendly also as other white patients arrived as well.Treated them 100% differently than us. In the camera you can see the difference. This type of interaction. It's unacceptable. We all need to be treated with etiquette and manners. It was very sad and feel disappointed in the way she treated us.We hope the lady gets proper training she definitely needs.

We appreciate the excellent care given to our family member at this facility. All of the staff we interacted with over the course of several months were wonderful. And I can't say enough about our physical therapist Tyler--He was the absolute best! He knew just how to help and encourage our family member thru out their recovery. He was knowledgeable, experienced, skilled, kind, humorous, sincere, and caring. We would recommend him and this facility to anyone. Thank you Lehi IHC Physical Therapy!

Let's be super real, don't waste your time if you're scheduled with Dr. Barclay. The worst. Saw Dr Barclay about a year and a half ago and he was terrible then, thought I'd give it another chance, but still terrible. Won't give me a diagnosis, has no knowledge on what I went to see him for and doesn't SEE A NEED to research it so wouldn't give me any resources or advice, his nurse got my referrals wrong despite me clarifying it three times, as well as the Dr. "writing down the specialist and Physical therapist I preferred to go to) tried to argue withe about how to send authorizations to my insurance, called the other day to gety referral authorized to the correct place, and now she will not call me back to get said referral. Just got a call from the wrong place (not even close to who I asked to go to for PT) so for sure not fixed. So now on to find a competent doctor who actually cares and a nurse who might possibly be willing to help. Worst clinic ever and rude staff (besides the lovely people at the check in desk, you guys are wonderful). Completely ridiculous. Do better.

While this was my first time at the clinic, my wife has been there before with our kids. They were incredibly helpful and took care of my son's injury appropriately. The nurse and doctor had great bedside manner and made him feel comfortable, even when getting staples.
