Dr. Garlick is simply wonderful. He listened to everything I had to say and provided answers to all of my questions. Getting my eyes checked is never an easy experience and he made me feel safe. His staff was fantastic as well. His medical assistant was kind and easy to work with and the front desk staff was fantastic. I highly recommend Excel.

My apologies. It was an absolute my own fault and short sighted. The services I received underscored in my fooliness. There are great and kind people. I am happy for the results and the kindness. Forgive and love!!

The doctor repeated the tests we had done the day before, then referred us to a specialist when he didn’t know what to do. And then charged us for the visit. Poor billing and customer service practices.
Update: manager called after researching and identified the mistake, admitted to what happened, and corrected. Her professionalism was appreciated.
