I wanted to take a moment and express my gratitude for Smedley Heating and Air for all of the love, kindness and generosity they have shown my family. Not only did they bless my family with the "Feel the love program" nominating our family to recieve a new furnace and AC unit while my son was on hospice, they also helped us this last month with restoring our AC when thr compresser went out. The part was delayed but they didn't forget about us, they brought in a huge ac window unit to keep my son's room from overheating. After reading the reviews for Smedley's Plumbing I decided to give them a call to repair a small leak inside my house from an outdoor house bib. Kenna answered my call and I ask her for an estimation and said including the $75.00 service call would be between 250 to 350. She indicated that her first openings would be Monday . I explained to her that we had no water is there anyone available to do the job which would be less than an hour. She came back to the line after a couple of minutes and indicated that one of her service persons was finishing another job early and would be at my house within a hour. I just had a Lennox 99% high energy furnace installed with Smedley's and it cost $7,550 for the machine! A GREAT DEAL! And there were 3 rebates applied as well to the final cost and they took care of filing for the rebates and saved me having to do it.
I had called around before going with Smedley's and was told the SAME Lennox machine would cost $10,000 at one company and another company quoted $12,000. Someone is getting rich off their customers but it is not Smedley's! They had a terrific price that I went with and have enjoyed the new furnace for a few days now.
