Todd and his team were great to work with. Todd did a great job walking us through different loan strategies available and provided in-depth details, he had no problem crunching the numbers and explaining the long-term outlook. Their team reached out to us to get us locked sooner than anticipated to secure a lower rate and save us money. There was a communication error on the rate lock at one point, but they worked quickly to get that resolved.
